Shipping: Your package ships within 7 days of each billing date.

Renewal: Your subscription renews automatically every month until you cancel
Canceling: Cancel anytime from your account, no calls or emails needed (but we are happy to help if needed).

When will my first towel arrive?
Your first towel ships within 7 days of signing up. After that, a new one ships within 7 days of each monthly billing date.
How do I cancel? Log in to your account on our website and cancel from your subscription settings. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again.
Can I skip a month or pause? Just email us at thehighfiberco@gmail.com before your next billing date and we'll pause or push back your next delivery.
How do I update my address or card? Log in to your account and update your info anytime. If a payment doesn't go through, we'll email you a link to fix it.
Can I give this as a gift? Yes. Subscribe with the recipient's address at checkout.
Can I use a gift card? Gift cards can't be used for subscriptions, but they work for everything else in our shop.
Why can't I add other items to my order? Subscriptions check out on their own. Pop back to the shop for anything else you'd like.
Will these designs be sold anywhere else? Subscribers get every design first. Some may land in our shop and stores later, but you'll always see them here before anyone else.
Will I get the same design twice? Never. Every month is a brand new print.
What if my towel arrives damaged? Email us a photo at thehighfiberco@gmail.com within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Do you ship outside the US? Not yet.
