What are your towels made of?

Our kitchen and tea towels are printed on unbleached, 100% cotton flour sack fabric. It's lightweight, lint-free, highly absorbent, and gets softer with every wash.

How big are the towels?

Each towel measures approximately 27” x 27”. They're generously sized for real kitchen use, whether it is drying dishes or hands, covering dough, or lining a bread basket.

How should I care for my towels?

Machine wash cool and tumble dry. We recommend washing before first use. The cotton may shrink slightly and will soften over time. The hand-printed designs are durable and made to hold up to regular washing. Iron on the reverse if you'd like them crisp.

What kind of ink do you use? Is it safe?

We print with water-based, non-toxic inks that are environmentally kind and made in the USA. No solvents, no harsh chemicals and safe to use around food and family.

Where are your products made?

Everything is designed and hand-printed by us in Western North Carolina. We currently work from home studios in Asheville and Franklin, NC. Each piece is screen-printed by hand in small batches.

Will the design fade or the towel shrink?

The print is set to withstand normal machine washing and won't peel or crack. As with any natural cotton, expect minor shrinkage after the first wash and a softer feel over time. That's the flour sack doing its job!

Do the towels have a hanging loop?

Yes! Each towel has a sewn-in corner loop, so you can hang it from a hook, oven door handle, or drawer pull — handy for drying and for keeping it within reach.

Do you take custom or private-label orders?

We occasionally take custom work. Email us and we'll let you know what's possible.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes 3-5 days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order ships.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns/exchanges on unused items within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us right away if you have any issues with your order! You can email us at thehighfiberco@gmail.com or use our contact form below. Custom orders are final sale.
